Delivery
For UK orders, all products are shipped via Royal Mail standard, recorded
or special delivery. If you want to add insurance to the shipping, please
add a note when you pay us online. Information about Royal Mail can be found
on www.royalmail.com it normally takes 1 - 3 working days to ship within the
UK.
For non-UK orders, products will be posted via Royal Airmail (small packet). It takes longer to ship overseas (3 - 10 days).
Returns/Refunds
Returns must be made within 30 days. Products can be returned to us if they
are in their original packages. Money will be refunded as soon as we receive
the products which must be in good condition. All postages involved and credit
handling fees are consumable and regrettably can not be refunded. Receiving
payment via Credit Card is chargeable.
If the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock we will notify you and delivery may be delayed as a result. In such an occasion, we will advise you of a similar product with the same function and at the same price, or we can refund your money.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before delivery via email,fax or phone. Once received
please follow the refund procedure
