Make your own Iron Palm Liniment, add the herbs to 4.5Lts that’s 1 Gallon of Vodka, store in a cool dark place for 6 month giving the Liniment a shake every now and then to help the mix.

After 6 months you will have a good strong liniment to help with your Iron Palm training.
